.-(1) The licensee shall allow every officer authorised by the Central Government or the State Government in this behalf to examine at any time accounts maintained under rule 18 and furnish to the Central Government or the State Government such information and returns as it or any officer authorised by it in that behalf may require.(2)The licensee shall allow any officer authorised by the Central Government or the State Government in this behalf to inspect any prospecting operations carried on by him.
