Section 13(3)(iv) in The Meghalaya Employees' State Insurance Courts Rules, 1980

(iv)where the applicant or the opposite party is a minor or a person of unsound mind, a statement to that effect and the full name, age, occupation and address of his/her next friend or guardian;
