Section 26(4) in Andhra Pradesh Universities Act, 1991
(4)(a)There shall be Dean/Chairman for each faculty who shall be appointed by the Executive Council from among the members of the faculty concerned on the recommendation of the Vice-Chancellor;(b)The terms and conditions of the office of Dean/Chairman shall be prescribed by Ordinances.
