Section 9(1) in Uttarakhand River Valley (Development and Management) Act, 2005
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules or regulations made thereunder, the Authority shall exercise such powers as are necessary or incidental to, the performance of its functions and discharge of its duties under this Act.
