Section 92(1) in New Town, Kolkata Development Authority Act, 2007
(1)Subject to such conditioned rind restrictions as may be prescribed and such terms as the Development Authority may, from time to time, determine, the Development Authority may, on an application of the owner or the Occupier of any house or land in respect of which property tax is paid, make or cause or perm it to be made-communication or connection from any main, service-main, or distribution pipe, belonging to the Development Authority or froth any channel maintained or owned by or vested in the DeVelopment Authority.
