Section 92 in The Rajasthan Tenancy (Board Of Revenue) Rules, 1955
92. Reference from civil courts.
- On receipt of a record under the provision of Section 242 of the Act for the decision of the issue on the question of tenancy, the Collector shall forthwith forward the record to the appropriate revenue court for the decision of that issue.
