Section 12(1) in The Pepsu Court of Wards Act, 2008
(1)For the purposes of every inquiry to be made, or direction to be given, in pursuance of any of the provisions of this Act, the Deputy Commissioner may exercise all or any of the powers of a civil court under the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, in force mutatis mutandis in the State.
