Section 39 in Gujarat Organic Agricultural University Act, 2017
39. Annual report.
- The annual report of the University shall be prepared by the Registrar or any other officer, assigned under the direction of the Vice-Chancellor normally within six months from the close of the financial year and circulated to the Members of the Board before the meeting at which it is to be considered. The Board shall, after consideration of the annual report, forward a copy thereof to the State Government.
