Re: M.A.T. 774 of 2020 In this appeal there are five appellants. We have required assistance from Mr. Bandyapadhyay, learned advocate and Junior Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of State, regarding data furnished by the supplementary affidavit filed on last occasion. The assistance was regarding identification of original marks obtained in NEET examination and aggregate on incentive marks added, achieved by the five appellants. We have also obtained assistance from Mr. Kumar, learned advocate appearing on behalf of said appellants, with regard to his contention that candidates, who have served in municipal towns or areas, have wrongly been given incentive marks. 14 candidates have been pointed out as having wrongly received incentive marks from the data given in the supplementary affidavit.

We give below two charts. The first is regarding those candidates, who, according to appellants, ought not to have received incentive marks. The second is chart showing original and aggregate marks obtained by appellants.
