Section 20 in The Punjab Cotton Ginning and Pressing Factories Act, 1953
20. Protection of action taken under the Act.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any person in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or of the rules made thereunder.
