Section 11(1) in Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University Act, 1982
(1)The Directors shall be appointed by the [Executive Council] on the recommendation of the Vice-Chancellor and shall exercise such powers and discharge such duties as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
