Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing
2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation request No.8408712
dated 13.07.2024 and to survey the petitioner's land in Survey Nos.121/1A in
patta No.1321 measuring an extent of 0.76.00 ares, situated at Vanapuram
Village and Taluk, Kallakurichi District and to fix its boundaries as per the gift
deed in document No.144/2012 dated 11.01.2012 within a stipulated period.

COMMON ORDER
These writ petitions have been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representations request Nos.8408705 and 8408712 dated 13.07.2024 and to survey the petitioner's land in S.Nos.10/8, 10/9 and 121/1A in patta Nos.2921, 2922 and 1321, measuring an https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 2/6 W.P.Nos.20900 & 20904 of 2024 extent of 0.26.50 ares, 0.29.00 ares and 0.76.00 ares, situated at Aththiyur Village, Vanapuram Taluk, Kallakurichi District and Vanapuram Village and Taluk, Kallakurichi District, respectively and fix its boundaries as per the Gift Deed dated 11.01.2012 in document No.144/2012, within a stipulated time.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

According to the petitioner, she inherited the subject properties by way of a Gift Deed dated 11.01.2012, executed by her father in her favour, which was registered as document No.144/2012 on the file of the SRO, Sankarapuram and had also obtained patta in respect of the subject properties in Nos.2921, 2922 and 1321. It is the grievance of the petitioner that though she has made online applications on 21.05.2024 to the 2nd respondent, requesting to survey the subject properties and demarcate its boundaries and also paid necessary fees, the same has not been considered, till date; therefore, she sent representations to the 2nd respondent on 13.07.2024 through online, for which also, there was no response; hence, the present Writ Petitions. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 3/6 W.P.Nos.20900 & 20904 of 2024

Considering the limited scope of the relief sought in these writ petitions, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representations dated 13.07.2024, which were submitted online, to survey the subject properties and demarcate its boundaries, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, these writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
