Section 21(1) in The West Bengal University of Health Sciences Act, 2002
(1)There shall be a Finance Committee constituted by the Executive Council consisting of the following members:-(a)the Chairman of the Finance Committee to be nominated by the General Council from amongst its members of the University;(b)the Vice-Chancellor;(c)the Finance Officer; and(d)three members shall be nominated by the Executive Council from amongst its members, out of whom at least one shall be from the Finance Department of the Government of West Bengal.
