Section 31(1) in Himachal Pradesh e-Stamping Rules, 2011
(1)Every instrument written upon stamped and impressed paper with an e-Stamp Certificate, shall be written in such manner that the e-Stamp Certificate may appear on the top face of the instrument and a portion of the instrument written below the printed area of e-Stamp Certificate, so that the e-Stamp Certificate may not be used for or applied to any other instrument.
