(1)Any regulation which may be made by [a Corporation] [Substituted by Delhi act 12 of 2011, section 2(a) for "the Corporation" (w.e.f. 13-1-2012)] under this Act, may be made by the Central [Government] [Substituted by Delhi Act 12 of 2011, section 2(b), "Central Government" (w.e.f. 13-1-2012)] within one year of the establishment of [a Corporation] [Substituted by Delhi act 12 of 2011, section 2(a) for "the Corporation" (w.e.f. 13-1-2012)]; and any regulation so made may be altered or rescinded by [a Corporation] [Substituted by Delhi act 12 of 2011, section 2(a) for "the Corporation" (w.e.f. 13-1-2012)] in the exercise of its powers under this Act.(2)No regulation made by [a Corporation] [Substituted by Delhi act 12 of 2011, section 2(a) for "the Corporation" (w.e.f. 13-1-2012)] under this Act shall have effect until it has been approved by the Central [Government] [Substituted by Delhi Act 12 of 2011, section 2(b) for "Central Government" (w.e.f. 13-1-2012)] and published in the Official Gazette.
