(9)No order passed by the Settlement Officer under sub-section (1) or subsection (5) shall be liable to be cancelled or modified except by the [Board of Revenue] [The Board of Revenue was abolished by the Tamil Nadu Board of Revenue Abolition Act, 1980 (Tamil Nadu Act 36 of 1980). Now, the Commissioner of Land Administration, vide G. O.
