Section 352(3) in The M.P. Municipal Corporation Act, 1956
(3)On the occasion of a fire, all persons assisting the fire brigade whether voluntarily or otherwise, shall be under the officer in charge of the lire brigade and shall obey all orders and directions given by such officer.
