Recruitment to the various categories of posts in the Service shall be made from following sources:| Name of post | Source of recruitment |
| (1) Junior Auditor | By Direct recruitment. |
| (2) Senior Auditor | By promotion on the basis of seniority subject to therejection of the unfit from amongst permanent Junior Auditorswho have completed five years service as such. |
