Section 12(1) in The Navy (Pay And Allowances) Regulations, 1966
(1)The deductions from or the forfeiture of the pay and allowances of an officer are governed by the provisions of Sections 28,30,31,32,33,49(2) and 82(6), as the case may be, of the Navy Act, 1957 read with the relevant regulations issued under that Act from time to time.
