Section 11(1) in THE INSTITUTE OF TEACHING AND RESEARCH IN AYURVEDA ACT, 2020
(1)There shall be a chief executive officer of the Institute who shall be designated as the Director of the Institute and shall, subject to such rules as may be made by the Central Government in this behalf, be appointed by the Institute:Provided that the Director of the Institute of Post Graduate Teaching and Research in Ayurveda, Jamnagar shall be deemed to have been appointed as the first Director of the Institute.
