Section 26(1) in The National Capital Territory of Delhi Real Estate (Regulation and Development) (General) Rules, 2016
(1)The salaries and allowances payable to the Chairperson and Members of the Appellate Tribunal shall be as follows,-(a)the Chairperson shall be paid a monthly salary equivalent to the last drawn salary by such person, as a Judge of a High Court;(b)the Member shall be paid a monthly salary equivalent to the salary drawn at the maximum of the scale of pay of Additional Secretary to the Government of India:Provided that any person who has held a post with the Government, senior than that of Additional Secretary to the Government of India, prior to becoming a Member, he shall be paid a monthly salary corresponding to the post at which he retired.
