Section 83 in Uttarakhand Co-Operative Societies Act, 2003
83. Heirs entitled to become members of the co-operative farming society.
- When a member whose land is held by a co-operative farming society, dies, his heirs in respect of such land, shall become members of the society and, if any such heir is a minor or lunatic, his legal guardian or curator, as the case may be, shall act in his behalf as if he were a member himself.
