Section 28(b) in The Orissa District Planning Committees Rules, 2000
(b)Sitting Fee :- Non-official members not receiving travelling allowance for attending meetings of the Committee will be paid sitting fee of an amount equivalent to the rate of Daily Allowances as admissible on tour.
