28. Form of Register of applications for permission.
(1)The Register of applications for permissions under sub-section (6) of section 6 shall be maintained in Form V.(2)The register of applications maintained in Form V for permission shall be available for inspection by any member of the public at all reasonable hours on payment of a fee of rupees ten payable by cash or by way of postal order.
