28. Operation and Maintenance (O & M) Expenses.
- 28.1 The normative O&M Expenses for the first year of the Control Period, i.e., FY 2019-20 shall be:(a)1.5% of the Capital Cost for Wind Energy Projects in Mainland areas;(b)2% of the Capital Cost for Wind Energy Projects in Island areas.28.2The normative O&M expenses for subsequent years shall be derived in accordance with the escalation mechanism specified at Regulation 20.3.
