Section 11(1) in The Rajasthan Colonisation (Allotment and Sale of Government Land in the Indira Gandhi Canal Colony Area) Rules, 1975
(1)On receipt of an application the Allotting Authority shall immediately register it in a register to be maintained in his office in Form IV and shall issue a receipt to the applicant in Form V.
