All the columns of Form No. 1 (Certificate of Public Demand) shall be filled up clearly in ink before the same is filed in the office of the Certificate Officer, and subsequent corrections, if any, made therein shall be made in red ink, and initialled by the Certificate Officer with dates.Service of Notices
