Section 2(d) in The West Bengal State Council Of Vocational Education And Training Act, 2005.
(d)"Institution" means a Polytechnic Institute, Industrial Training Institute, Industrial Training Centre, School, etc. in which instruction is provided for courses of study in Vocational Education and Training leading to secondary and higher secondary courses of the Council;
