Section 82(2) in The Orissa Co-operative Societies Rules, 1965
(2)The expenses or the cost awarded under Sub-rule (1) of this rule shall be according to a scale as laid down by the Registrar :Provided that in the monetary claim, such expenses or cost shall not exceed 2 ⅜per cent of the awarded amount.
