Section 70(3)(iii) in Bihar Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2015

(iii)the Superintendent shall ensure that all the staff are discharging their duties in accordance with the rules and regulations and the children are provided with quality and quantity of food, educational and vocational training in accordance with the aptitude and need base of the children, control over budget and accounts, financial management of the institution, propose plan and non-plan schemes for the further development of the institution;
