Section 63(2) in The Orissa Land Reforms Act, 1960
(2)[] [Re-numbered vide Orissa Act No. 47 of 1975.] Every appeal or application for revision under this Act unless specifically provided elsewhere in the Act shall be filed, within a period or [thirty] [Substituted vide Orissa Act No. 44 of 1976.] days from the date of the order against which such appeal or revision is preferred. The provisions of Section 4, 5, 12 and 14 of the Indian Limitation Act, 1908 (II of 1908) shall apply to the filing of such appeal or application for revision.
