Section 16 in Bihar Civil Court Staff (Class III and Class IV) Rules, 1998
16. Reservation.
- Such number of vacancies shall be reserved for the members of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes and Backward Class and other Backward Classes as per the policy decision of the State of Bihar.
