Section 55(3) in Gujarat University (Amendment) Act, 1972
(3)Every authority of the Gujarat University for whose constitution provisions have been made for the first time in the principal Act by this Act shall be constituted within not more than six months from such commencement and the Vice-Chancellor shall exercise all powers necessary to enable him to constitute every such authority within such period.
