Section 7(1) in Tamil Nadu Court of Wards Act, 1902
(1)Sections 2,3 and 4 of the [Madras Board of Revenue Act, 1894] [This Act was repealed by the Tamil Nadu Board of Revenue Abolition Act, 1980 (Tamil Nadu Act 36 of 1980).], shall so far as may be apply to the [Board of Revenue] [Now the Commissioner of Revenue Administration.] when exercising jurisdiction as the Court of Wards.
