Section 12(1) in Rajasthan Nazul/Devsthan Building (Disposal by Public Auction) Rules, 1967
(1)The full amount of the purchase money shall be paid by the purchaser in Government Treasury of Sub-Treasury under the head mentioned in Rule 10(3) and the Treasury receipt thereof shall be submitted to the Chairman of the Committee within fifteen days from the date of notice conveying the approval of the Committee under sub-rule (2) of Rule 11.
