Section 40 in The Karnataka State Rural Development and Panchayat Raj University Act, 2016
40. Committees.
- Every Authority of the University shall have power to constitute or re-constitute committees to assist in its functions and delegate to them such of its powers as it deem fit; such committees shall, save as otherwise provided, consist of members of the Authority concerned and such other persons as the authority may in each case direct.
