Section 62(1) in Maharashtra Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1966
(1)Transforming and converting machinery with the controlling switches and c.ut-outs shall be placed in a fire-proof and water proof structure, adequately ventilated to the outside air, properly lighted and accessible to the management and shall be used for no other purpose.
