- A register of recoveries shall be kept in B. P Form No. 237 in which shall be entered all miscellaneous recoveries due from officers, together with the dates of recovery and deposit in the treasury. The items shall be serially numbered for each year and column 5 shall be initialled by the officer who signs the bill in which recovery is made.
