In section 24C of the principal Act,-(a) in clause (c), for the word and figures" section 85", the word and figures" section 84" shall be substituted;(b)for clause (d), the following clause shall be substituted, namely:-" (d) clause (e) of sub- section (7) of section 84 shall be omitted.".
