Section 33(1) in Cuttack Development Authority (Planning and Building Standards) Regulations, 2001
(1)No construction of a building for residential purpose in areas other than basti area and development scheme area shall be permitted on a plot which has an area of less than 54 square meters, or a width less than 6.0 metres or an average depth of less than 9.0 metres.
