(2)A Faculty Council for post-graduate and undergraduate studies shall not exercise the powers and perform the functions referred to in [clauses (iv) and (v)] [Word and figures substituted by W.B. Act 21 of 1996.] of sub-section (1) without consulting the Boards of Studies.
