Section 30(1) in Rajasthan Suppression of Immoral Traffic in Women and Girls Rules, 1958
(1)The Chief Inspector for any of the following reasons, to be recorded in writing order the transfer of an inmate detained in a protective 'home to an other protective home-(a)when the transfer is for the welfare of the inmate or is in the interest of discipline;(b)when there is no accommodation in the protective home; or(c)for any other special reasons.
