1. Mr. Sanjay Bansal, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that, although an attempt has been made to serve M/s Sunworld Residency Private Limited [respondent No. 2 in ARB.P. 570/2022 and the sole respondent in other petitions], the attempt has not been successful.
2. At Mr. Bansal's request, further time of two weeks is granted to effect dasti service upon the said respondent.
3. It appears from the documents placed on record that the petitioners in ARB.P. 531/2022 and ARB.P. 570/2022 had earlier filed suits before the civil court. M/s Sunworld Residency Private Limited had entered appearance at least in one of those suits, Civil Suit No. 15/2019 [Amit Verma vs. M/s. Sunworld Residency Pvt. Ltd. ] before the learned Additional District Judge-07 (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, and made a successful application under Section 8 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
4. Liberty is granted to serve the said respondent through the learned counsel who appeared on its behalf in the aforesaid suit, in all the four petitions. In the event the learned counsel is unable to take instructions, he/she is requested to provide the latest address, and the contact number of any officer of the respondent, as may be available with him or her, to the learned counsel for the petitioners herein.
