72. Authority to whom audit report is to be submitted.
- After completing the audit for any year for shorter period, or for any transaction or series of transactions, as the case may be, the auditor shall send a report-(a)to the Area Committee, if the institution is subject to the jurisdiction of such a Committee; and(b)to the Commissioner, in order cases.
