Section 17B(1) in The Rajasthan Colonisation (Medium and Minor Irrigation Projects Government Lands Allotment) Rules, 1968
(1)If any land allotted as Barani/Un-command land subsequently becomes command land, then for such land the allottee shall pay to the State Government the reserve price of the Command land at the rates applicable less the price which he has already paid in terms of uncommand/barani land.
