1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner–wife seeking transfer of Marriage Petition No.541 of 2017 titled "Devendra Sharma v. Rupa Devendra Sharma", pending before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Pune, Maharashtra to the Family Court, Surat, Gujarat.
2. As per the office report, despite service of show cause notice, no one has entered appearance on behalf of the respondent.
3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, we are of the opinion that interests of justice require that the petition should be allowed.
4. Accordingly, Marriage Petition No.541 of 2017 titled "Devendra Sharma v. Rupa Devendra Sharma", pending before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Pune, Maharashtra is Signature Not Verified ordered to be transferred to the Family Court, Surat, Digitally signed by Anita Malhotra Date: 2023.07.12 17:20:05 IST Reason: Gujarat for hearing and disposal in accordance with law. 1
5. Records shall be sent by Court where proceedings are pending to the transferee Court promptly.
6. The Transfer Petition is, accordingly allowed.
