25. Appointment of Registrar, Election Officer, Competent Canal Officer and Appellate Officer.
(1)The State Government may by notification in the Gazette appoint such officers of the State Government as the Registrar, Election Officer, Competent Canal Officer and Appellate Officer.(2)The powers and functions of officers appointed under sub-section (1) shall be such as may be prescribed.
