Section 556(3) in Rules of the High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan, 1952
(3)The petitioner or his Advocate shall, not less than three days before the date fixed for the hearing, make and file an affidavit that the directions as to advertisements have been observed. In default of compliance with the directions as to advertisement for the hearing of the petition shall be cancelled and the petition removed from the file. The Judge, if satisfied as to the reasons for such default, shall fix a fresh date for the hearing of the petition and it shall thereupon be advertised in accordance with this rule.
