(1)Fees to be paid in respect of every application for the grant of a certificate shall be prescribed by the Board, subject to the conditions laid down in bye-laws.(2)The fee once paid shall not be refundable except where the candidate has died before the examination for grant of a certificate or where fee has been erroneously paid.
