Section 24B(7) in The Rajasthan Shops and Commercial Establishment Rules, 1959
(7)Upon an application made within 30 days of the passing of the order and only after a notice to the opposite party an order passed under sub-rule (5) or sub-rule (6) may, on good and sufficient cause being shown be set aside by the prescribed authority and the complaint be reheard.
